Hi Mike, I know that it’s been a while since we talked, but I wanted to write you a letter letting you know how much we appreciated your help getting us into a new home. We always knew that our previous house was not “the” house and with your help we found it. We had tried a real estate agent before you and found her to be nice, but nowhere near as hardworking as you. Where she would show us two or three houses in one outing per week (sometimes with weeks in between), you would ask how many we wanted to see and arrange 6 or 7 in one outing (as much as we wanted). When we were done with an outing you would ask when we wanted to go out again and arrange another large set of houses to see. If you remember, we went through all of the houses available that met our criteria. It was then that your experience and contacts became important. You asked us if we wanted to expand our search, but more importantly, you asked us if we had considered building a house. We had considered it, but ruled it out because we did not think that building a house could compare to the houses on the market last year. With your help and contacts, we were able to see lots that were just getting to market and we were able to get a spectacular deal on a beautiful lot in a beautiful sub. With your contacts, we were connected with a builder that was great to work with and we set about building “the” house and it was all within the budget that we had set when we started the process. We have now moved into our house. Our daughter, Sierra, is one year old (she was born when we were looking at houses). In our spare time (here and there), we are getting the new house in order. Thanks again for all of your help. We could not have done it without you. Whenever anyone asks us for a recommendation for a realtor, we will be sure to send them your way.
